Welcome to HGAOFCPA-Harrisburg Gujarati Association of Central PA! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website for making online donations and contributions. By proceeding with a donation, you agree to the following terms:
Use of Donations: All donations and contributions received will be used solely for the purposes specified by HGAOFCPA. If a campaign or project is oversubscribed or canceled, funds may be redirected to similar initiatives.
Refund Policy: Donations and contributions are non-refundable. However, if there has been an error in processing your payment, please contact the payment processor directly or us at info@hgaofcpa.org within 7 days of the transaction. Refund processing can take up to 30 days after eligible refund request.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy as found on our website. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
Payment Terms: Payment terms for accounts payable and accounts receivable are 30-day net or as negotiated in the invoice or contract.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.com or TicketSpice.com or their affiliates. HGAOFCPA is not liable for any errors or issues that arise during payment processing. HGAOFCPA do not collect or store credit card information.
Tax Deductibility: Your donations and contributions are 501(c)(3) tax exempt eligible. Please consult with a tax advisor for more information on your eligibility.
Cancellation of Recurring Donations: If you set up recurring contributions, you can cancel them anytime by contacting the payment processor or accessing your account settings on the payment processor website.
Changes to Terms: HGAOFCPA reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Event or Campaign: If your contributions are for a specific event or campaign and if you are participating, the following additional rules and regulations apply to all participants
Liabilities and Disputes:
HGAOFCPA reserves the final rights on any disputes related to Online Payment Contribution or Ticket Booking or event attendance.
HGAOFCPA is not liable for any loss, injury, or accident of any nature.
HGAOFCPA does not assume responsibility for third-party or community member-provided event services, including food and beverages.
Rules and Regulations
Additional rules and restrictions may apply for the specific venue or event. Zero tolerance policy for any violations and there will be no refund.
All attendees must follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and flu prevention or any current pandemics..

By booking tickets through our website or our affiliates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Booking and Seat Selection
Once a seat is selected online, it cannot be reassigned without requesting cancellation.
A cancellation fee of a minimum of $5 per ticket will apply.
Event with seat selection: If you wish to change your seat selection, you must cancel your existing ticket and rebook with the new seat preference.
Event seating preference is random and not guaranteed to include specific seats or section.
2. Ticket Presentation and Identification
The ticket holder must present a mobile receipt or a printout of the ticket issued by HGAOFCPA upon entry.
A valid photo ID may be required for verification.
If the ticket holder is not a credit card holder, an authorization letter from the credit card holder must be presented along with the ticket.
3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final—tickets are non-refundable, and no or limited mutual exchanges or transfers are permitted with approval.
In the case of an event cancellation, HGAOFCPA will only refund the ticket value minus a service and processing fee of up to $5 per ticket.
In the case of an event date change or rain date change, Tickets will be valid for the changed date. There will be no refund.
4. Sponsor Tickets
Sponsor tickets must be pre-approved by a committee member.
Confirmation of the sponsored amount receipt is required before issuance.
5. Admission and Required Documentation
The required documents must be provided to avoid denial of admission without a refund.
If exceptional accommodations are needed, please contact HGAOFCPA at the earliest convenience.
By attending, you agree to abide by all rules and policies established by the venue and organizers. Attendance is at the sole discretion of participants, who are encouraged to evaluate their circumstances before joining.
The event will comply with all relevant venue-specific, local, state, and federal regulations active at the time. Rules, regulations and safety protocols set by authorities must be followed. Please follow the guidelines and directions by the volunteers. Any violation or misconduct during the event or on the premises may result in denial of admission without a refund. Non-compliance is at attendees' own risk.
Tobacco products, alcohol and substance abuse are strictly prohibited unless specifically mentioned in event information. Please follow each event's rules and guidelines. If you see something, please report it to any of our volunteers immediately.
6. Health and Safety Guidelines
All attendees are requested to follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and flu prevention or any current pendamics..Please also follow event-specific protocols for your safety and wellness.
If you experience symptoms or have had recent exposure, please stay home and contact HGAOFCPA for assistance.

7. Liability and Third-Party Services
HGAOFCPA reserves the final rights on any disputes related to Online Payment Contribution or Ticket Booking or event attendance.
HGAOFCPA is not liable for any loss, injury, or accident of any nature.
HGAOFCPA does not warrant or assume any responsibility for third-party services, including but not limited to event-related services, food, or beverages provided by community members.
8. Dispute Resolution
HGAOFCPA reserves the final rights on any disputes that may arise. Any dispute must be brought to one of our volunteers' attention immediately.
